March 6, 2010 -Guest speaker will be Helen Underwood, who will speak on primary and secondary sources; she has taught writing at both the secondary school and college levels, having recently authored her first novel, Under Cedar Shades, a historical fiction family saga. March 24, 2010 - The Downstate Delaware Genealogical Society will have a genealogy research bus trip to Washington DC with drop-offs at the National Archives and the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Library.  April 3, 2010 - Program will be devoted to helping resolve "brick walls" encountered in family research.

June 5, 2010 - Sally Williams, DDGS president, will speak on her 2009 trip to Sweden to meet newly found relatives, visit ancestral landmarks, and discovery of ancestral royalty.
